Therapy for Teenagers
Are you concerned for your teenager? Have you noticed they are withdrawing more lately, not communicating like they used to, and a change in mood? Therapy can help improve self-confidence, self-acceptance, self-esteem, and mood. The aim of therapy is to help your teen learn emotion regulation, effective communication, healthy coping skills, and self-awareness.
A 30-minute parent consultation may be requested for an additional charge to discussed treatment.
